Appointment Policies + Covid-19 Updates


Protecting the health and safety of both our clients and providers is a top priority here at Transcend Beauty, Co. We’ve always practiced substantial decontamination methods in order to prevent the spread of viral and bacterial infections, and will continue to do so in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions or concerns you may have!

We Respectfully Request

  • Please leave your kiddo at home or bring additional supervision.

  • Please provide 24 hours to change, move, or cancel your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours are subject to a service fee.

  • Service refunds are not permitted.

  • No call no show appointments could result in a cost of session fee.

  • By scheduling with Transcend Beauty, Co., and the businesses within, you agree to follow these policies and understand that it is the responsibility of the client to be made aware of these policies.


Covid-19 Updates

At this point we’re all pretty familiar with the Covid-19 safety precautions. Transcend Beauty, Co. will continue to pivot and adjust our procedures and practices in response to the changing circumstances of the pandemic, as well as remaining current and educated in regards to state and county Public Health and Executive Orders that are in effect.

  • If you’re experiencing symptoms related to Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment.

  • If you have exposed your provider to Covid-19, please educate your provider immediately.

  • Per CDC recommendations, if you have not been vaccinated then you should wear a mask. This is based on the honor system, we believe your health is your business.

  • If you have been vaccinated and want to wear a mask anyway, go for it. This is a safe space, so whatever makes you feel more comfortable is what we recommend!

  • Service providers are not required to wear masks, however, we are happy to oblige! Again, this is safe space, so if you want your service provider to mask up please don’t hesitate to ask us!

  • To keep social gatherings at a minimum, we request that you arrive solo to your appointment and that you do not arrive more than a few minutes early.
